1. Sign up for a FREE USTA membership  
   – First time members: Click here to create a USTA parent account and then add your player under the “Family” section. 
   ** When getting the free membership, please be sure to “upgrade” your player’s account. That is what will activate the membership**
   – Returning members: Click here to view or renew your membership!
2. Fill out the medical release and waiver form (click link)
3. Complete online payment: Use the player’s USTA # and enter the Team ID (found above) into Tennis Link and Register (click link)
